By participating in the Fright Lights Showdown, you acknowledge that decorating for Halloween may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.

 

2. Release of Liability

You hereby release and hold harmless FrightMaps, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of your participation in the contest, including any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.

 

3. Consent to Use of Likeness

You agree that FrightMaps may use your likeness, including photos, videos, and other content submitted during the contest, for promotional purposes across various media channels.

 

4. Agreement Confirmation

By signing this form or checking the agreement box during registration, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined above.
