No. We use the photos and description on your FrightMaps listing. Add your best night shots before ordering—the stronger your photos, the stronger your video.
Which package is right for my haunt?
Home Haunt is for free-to-visit yard and home haunts. If you sell tickets or run your haunt as a business, choose Commercial Haunt.
How do Pro members get the $5 discount?
Sign in with the same FrightMaps account you use for your active Pro membership. Your Home Haunt video is $20, or your Commercial Haunt video is $44. We verify your membership and apply the saving at checkout—no coupon code needed.
How soon will I see my video?
Your preview usually arrives by email within 48 hours. Reply with any changes you’d like. One round of revisions is included before your video is ready to share.
Can I send extra photos or my logo?
Yes. After ordering, email them to contact@frightmaps.com with your haunt’s name. Commercial Haunt customers can send their logo the same way. Only send photos you took or have permission to use.
Where can I use my video?
Use it on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, your website, paid social ads, or a screen at your haunt. TV, radio, and film ads are excluded because the music license doesn’t cover broadcast use.
Will my video mention FrightMaps?
Yes. Every video ends with a short card showing where people can find your haunt on FrightMaps.
What if I want something changed?
Reply to your preview email with your feedback—a photo swap, a different line, or a correction to your details. One round of changes is included with either package.
My haunt isn’t on FrightMaps yet. Can I order?
